I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the lack of curtains for the glass block 'windows' let in harsh light all night, which was definitely a challenge. On the bright side, the location was great for beach activities and the pool and lazy river were enjoyable.
The hotel had a mixed experience. The rooms were really nice and clean with all new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen, but one building had a terrible smell without any maintenance person on duty to address it. The service provided was easy during check-in, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. While the location met our needs being close to a Publix and food places, the lounge area was disappointing and promised higher floors turned out to be lower. The dining experience would have been better with fresh meat options, but the facilities were clean and private.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean with oversized parking spaces available in the parking deck, and the service was top-notch. The location, although quiet, was in a great neighborhood away from busy streets. The dining experience would have topped it off perfectly, and the facilities were well-maintained.
